The barbell class that strengthens your ent
ire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weights.
Times – M,W,F 5:30am-6:30am/ M,W,F 9:15am-10:30am/T,Th 5:30pm-6:30pm/Sat. 8:30am-9:30am
Cycle Fit is an all-level spin class that features a 45 minute cardio ride, including warm up and cool down. This class focuses on increasing endurance and speed, and includes both interval and an aerobic training.
Times – T,Th 5:00am/T,Th 9:30am/M,W,F 5:00pm/Sun. 2:00pm
This class is specially designed for the individual with health concerns (Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Replacements, etc). Exercises are performed in our warm water therapy pools and class is taught by instructors certified through the Arthritis Foundation.Entrance to the pool is by steps with handrails or a ramp and participants do not need to know how to swim. Classes last about 1 hour.
A physician’s consent form is required.

Power Yoga is done by doing a series of yoga poses while synchronizing one’s breathing patterns to each movement, resulting in actions with perfect unity and grace. In the perspective of a Power Yogi, the process is like a vigorous exercise, pushing and contorting every limb to its limit while maintaining a strong sense of inner peace and concentration to pull off each move flawlessly and gracefully. This class is 90 minutes.

Always wanted to try yoga? Here’s your chance! Join us for this beginning level class. Proper breathing, body alignment and stretching are incorporated to make this a great stress reducer and energy booster. Each class is 1 hour long.
Times – Sat. 9:30am-10:30am
A 1-hour high-intensity functional movement class which challenges participants with constant variety in each daily workout. Class can be modified for all participants,
however, all participants must take an introductory session before taking class. No first time walk ins.
Times– M-F 8:30am/ M-Th 5:30pm
Active Yoga has continuous flow from one pose into the next. Designed to increase your heart rate to bring heat into your muscles while increasing strength, stamina and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome.
Times – T, Th 8:00am-9:00am
Looking for a short, sharp workout that will inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX is for you! This 30 minute class will focus on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your core, while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
