Specially designed for the individual* with health concerns (e.g. Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Replacements, etc.).
Exercises are performed in our warm water therapy pools and class is taught by instructors certified through the Arthritis Foundation.
Entrance to the pool is by steps with handrails or a ramp and participants do not need to know how to swim.
Length of Class: 60 minutes

Power Yoga is done by doing a series of yoga poses while synchronizing one’s breathing patterns to each movement, resulting in actions with perfect unity and grace. In the perspective of a Power Yogi, the process is like a vigorous exercise, pushing and contorting every limb to its limit while maintaining a strong sense of inner peace and concentration to pull off each move flawlessly and gracefully. This class is 90 minutes.

This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for- and fast!
